Returns & Exchanges Policy – Johanna De La Cruz

At Johanna De La Cruz, we believe in the magic of handmade creations made with purpose. That’s why we take care of every detail so that each piece reaches you like a true treasure. If for any reason you need to make an exchange or return, here’s how the process works:

Exchanges

Please note: You may request an exchange within 8 calendar days of receiving your piece. Email us at johanna@johannadelacruz.com and take into consideration the following:

• The jewelry must be in perfect condition, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• No exchanges will be accepted for items that were on sale or promotion.
• Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or higher value. If the new item is of lesser value, the balance will remain as store credit for future purchases.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
• Items must be shipped to: Cra 12 # 200-105, Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To initiate the process:

• Ensure the jewelry is unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

• You will need to provide your proof of purchase or invoice. 

•  Once your return request is approved, we will notify you and provide the instructions for returning the item.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Due to the nature of our handmade pieces:

• We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or mishandled.

• Sale or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Warranty

 

If your piece has a manufacturing defect, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to our address in Floridablanca, Santander, along with the original invoice.
